- DAILY SUPPLEMENT DOSAGE :
USE YOUR CACAO BLEND TO SPRINKLE A TEASPOON ON YOUR FOOD AND DRINKS (SMOOTHIE, COFFEE) 2-4 TIMES A DAY TO ENHANCE GENERAL WELLBEING.
- CEREMONIAL DOSAGE :
CREATE YOUR OWN CACAO CEREMONY AT HOME WITH THE INTENTION TO TUNE IN AND RECONNECT TO YOUR HEART.
- ADD 2 TO 7 TEA SPOONS OF YOUR CACAO BLEND (DEPENDING ON HOW STRONG YOU WANT IT ) TO (APPROX. 100/150ML) OF WARM WATER. SHAKE/BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH
- CREATE SPACE FOR YOUR CEREMONY
- CLOSE YOUR EYES, PLACE YOUR CUP ON TO YOUR HEART AND INFUSE YOUR CACAO WITH YOUR INTENTION
- DRINK YOUR CACAO SLOWLY
- SIT WITH YOUR CACAO, MEDITATE, FEEL INTO YOUR BODY AND HEART SPACE
