Full Moon Ceremony for the RADIANT WOMAN - Movement, Cacao, Yoga Nidra

This is a ceremony dedicated to the radiance, vibrancy, and aliveness a woman can feel. Let's explore those inside our bodies, hearts, minds, and daily simple rituals we can do to connect to that spirit.

About this journey and special cacao blend:

Ceremonial Cacao is the Medicine of the Heart. Sitting in a Ceremony is a reminder to slow down, be present, and see yourself and others as you are. It's a safe space to explore your inside, digest emotions, calm your mind, and move from there into life with a clear intention and inspired action.

We'll be arriving into our space with a meditation, then move into our Cacao Ceremony and from there we'll share a few rituals to help you center in your heart, build trust and connection to yourself as well as the other women in the space. We'll explore different questions, ideas, and concepts and if they're actually true for you personally. And this won't just happen on an intellectual level but actually in your body and with movement.

How the Online Ceremony looks like:

-We'll be doing a series of movement practices together and then shift into a Cacao Ceremony

-After the Cacao Ceremony we'll be exploring our heart's message in a Yoga Nidra Journey and set our intentions

-From here you'll come back, deeply relaxed and grounded in your body, to finish this Ceremony with a free flow dance journey - please not that the dance journey will be you in your personal space after the live-streaming ended. Here you can explore different parts of yourself and meet yourself with curiosity.

Through the movement, we'll be able to explore new things as well as release and feel whatever needs to be felt. In the Nidra Journey, you can drop back into your body and leave the ceremony with a clear mind, nourished body, soft heart space, and radiance. In these 75 minutes, you'll be also learning more about the Goddesses Bhuvaneshvari (The Queen of the Universe) and Matangi (The Wild One),and how you can explore their energies in your day to day life.

In this Ceremonies for the Woman we're usually sharing the a special cacao creation by Naked Chocolate called GOLDEN GODDESS with saffron, real and edible gold flakes, and bee pollen. This cacao is very uplifting, feminine, and relaxing. 

Saffron can help with menstrual cramps, PMS, and can increase the quality of your sleep. It's said that 24K edible gold flakes reduce inflammation, repair damaged skin and make it look more radiant. Bee pollen is a great source of antioxidants as well as can boost the liver function and helps with iron absorption.
